OVERVIEW:
J-Ray Shoes has been family owned and operated since 1955. We are dedicated to selling
high-quality childrens shoes. We specialize in hard to find styles and sizes. We
particularly focus on traditional childrens shoes to compliment classic and heirloom
clothes as well as popular new styles such as the Bear Feet® Brand. We also concentrate on carrying shoes that come in various widths to accommodate
narrow, medium and wide feet. J-Ray Shoes has many other styles not shown on this web site
so feel free to call and inquire if you have special needs. You may also want to ask about
our beautiful line of socks and tights as well as shoe care products.
ORDERING AND FITTING
INFORMATION:
Childrens shoes are not necessarily manufactured using uniform sizing, therefore, your
child may require different sizes in different shoes. Our representatives are experienced
in fitting shoes and know how each product fits in comparison with others. We recommend that you view our collection, make your
choices and call us with your child's most recent shoe size or measurement and let us
guide you to a good fit. To view a larger image of each shoe and obtain size, width and
price information, please click on the thumbnails in our product catalog.
BEAR FEET®:
We are happy to
offer you the versatility in styles and colors that Bear Feet has to
offer. Bear Feet are very flexible shoes and are constructed so the shoes
will mold to the shape of your children's feet. They allow unrestricted
natural movement of the feet so kids can wiggle their toes! You may view
the styles and colors available on the catalog pages. We welcome you to
choose any style offered and we will have it made in the color of your
choice. Please note that some special orders take 6-8 weeks. We will
notify you in this case prior to processing your order. Please feel
free to e-mail us with your size and style preference and we will be happy
to advise you which colors are immediately available.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Returns and exchanges are hassle free.
RETURNS:
If for any reason you wish to return the shoes, simply send the unworn shoes in their
original shoe box along with your name and phone number, and a credit will be issued
immediately.
EXCHANGE:
If you need to exchange the shoes, simply return them with instructions and your name and
phone number and the new shipment will be sent at no additional charge. Or you may call
and have the new pair(s) shipped to you prior to returning the first shipment and you will
be credited for the shoes and shipping charges for the second shipment when the original
shipment is returned.
